1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and FullStackOverflow ("Company", "We", "Us").
2. By using our website, requesting a quote, or signing a project agreement, you accept these Terms.
3. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. We provide software development, web & mobile application development, API integration, UI/UX design, consulting, training, and related IT services.
2. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver projects as per the agreed specifications.

1. Provide timely feedback, content, assets, and access required for project completion.
2. Ensure all provided materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

1. Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or SOW.
2. We typically require an initial deposit before starting work.
3. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the agreement.
4. Late payments may result in suspension of work and additional charges.

1. Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of the custom-developed source code and deliverables to the Client (unless otherwise agreed).
2. We retain rights to use anonymized project work in our portfolio (with Client approval for public display).
3. Third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the project remain under their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the project. This obligation survives project completion.

1. We warrant that the delivered work will substantially conform to the agreed specifications for a period of 30–90 days (as per project agreement).
2. Bug fixes and minor revisions during the warranty period are included.
3. Support beyond the warranty period may be provided under a separate maintenance agreement.

1. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the project.
2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or data.

1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
2. Upon termination, Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamui, Bihar.
